I may as well complain before I'm completely full of depo drugs, ay.

(official complaint)

It's currently almost 5am in the morning at the time of me writing this, and my experiences have felt so bizarre that I'm even having dreams that none of this can actually be real at all.

Having woken up to ask for a hot chocolate, once again the place is completely trashed by the same patient that is wrecking the place on a daily basis yet for some bizarre reason seems to have free reign to come and go as they please whilst people like myself are bizarrely sectioned despite it seeming like we have the support from the ward staff who are are some of us are being treated differently and unfairly.

The daily trashing from this particular patient have led to none of us being able to make our own hot drinks for the whole duration of my stay here, except for my first night. All other nights we have had to ask staff to get our drinks for us from the back kitchen. The boiler in the back kitchen is now broken and staff are having to fill up flasks ect.

The situation regarding this partocular patient is quite bad though to be fair, and on a daily basis the floor in several places is covered in urine from them throwing their colostomy back around and purposefully ripping it open. Often the urine is left for some time in night time hours simply because the staff are constantly dealing with it. I can't actually believe I'm writing this and it sounds so bad I'm not even sure I'll be believed. All of the art therapy and board games and jigsaws are scattered across the main floor of the room and once again the sofas ect are all tipped over. This place truly is a hellhole at the moment and I am just lost for words how people that do this get free reign whilst others like myself are bizarrely sectioned without propper investigation and having their own words and interpretation of events completely twisted in order to section us.

Simply put, what the heck is happening at Newtown hospital. I am only left further thinking that all I have in my life is ignorance and evil. Please prove me wrong, please. I'm begging you.
